Exhibit A: Remember What “Un-American” Really Means
First, a reset.
“Un-American” doesn’t mean:
- disagreeing on taxes,
- hating someone’s favorite candidate,
- or arguing over policy like adults.
“Un-American” means:
- using power to silence, punish, or sideline your own citizens
- for having the wrong beliefs,
- voting for the wrong people,
- asking the wrong questions,
- or simply existing outside the approved herd.
The American Integrity Charter isn’t about outlawing bad opinions.
It’s about outlawing bad behavior by people in power—the ones who:
- rig the rules,
- weaponize the law,
- and call it “democracy” while they do it.
HUAC 2.0 doesn’t want to run your life. It wants to stop other people from running it without your consent.
Mission 1: Restore Honest Crime, Policing, and Prosecution (Case File #4)
If you can’t walk down your street without worrying about getting carjacked by someone who’s already out on their tenth “second chance,” nothing else matters.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Expose soft-on-crime DAs and policies that turn cities into open-air danger zones.
- Publish hard numbers: re-offense rates, plea deals, dismissals, and who actually pays the price.
- Demand victim-first justice: bail, sentencing, and prosecution that protect actual citizens, not careers and narratives.

The justice system exists to protect law-abiding citizens first—not to insulate criminals, ideologues, or career politicians from consequences.
Mission 2: Secure the Border Like a Real Country (Case File #5)
You don’t have a nation if you don’t control who enters it.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Drag into daylight the policies, NGOs, contracts, and incentives that turned the border into a conveyor belt.
- Follow the money for every “non-profit” and contractor getting paid per head to move people inland.
- Demand clear, transparent vetting, tracking, and removals—with actual numbers, not press releases.
American Integrity Charter Principle #2:
A sovereign country controls its borders, knows who is coming in, and decides admissions based on law and national interest—not party advantage or contractor profits.
Mission 3: Break the Indoctrination Complex (Case File #6)
Schools are supposed to teach kids how to think, not what to chant.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Enforce curriculum transparency: every parent can see exactly what’s being taught, posted online.
- Investigate DEI offices, activist consultants, and unions turning classrooms into political boot camps.
- Protect parental rights: no secret social engineering with minors behind the family’s back.

Education exists to create competent, thinking citizens—not programmable activists who hate their own country and distrust their own parents.

Mission 5: Dismantle the Censorship-Industrial Complex (Case File #8)
If you can’t speak freely, you can’t vote intelligently, you can’t protest honestly, and you sure as hell can’t fix anything.

- Force fact-checkers and disinfo shops to disclose funding, methods, and correction rates.

Mission 6: End Election Engineering (Case File #9)
No more pretending that “fortifying democracy” means gaming every rule and norm to lock in one side permanently.

- Map every major pre-election rule change, lawsuit, and private grant that tilted the field.
- Clean voter rolls, tighten chain-of-custody, and put guardrails on ballot harvesting.
- Ban or strictly limit private money running public elections.

Elections must be not only technically legal, but obviously fair—no private referees, no one-sided rule tweaks, no permanent emergency gimmicks.
Mission 7: Put the Administrative State Back on a Leash (Case File #10)
We were supposed to elect lawmakers—not outsource our lives to a permanent class of paper-pushers and “experts” who never leave.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Require congressional approval for major regulations with real economic and social impact.
- Limit and publicly review emergency and “guidance” powers that act like laws.
- Expose the revolving door between agencies, lobby shops, think tanks, and corporations.

Rules that govern real life must be made by people who can be fired at the next election—not by a permanent ruling class hiding behind acronyms.
Mission 8: Roll Back the Public Health Power Grab (Case File #11)
“Trust the science” became “obey the bureaucracy.” That’s not medicine. That’s control.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Cap public health emergency powers unless renewed by actual votes.
- Force radical transparency on models, data, and conflicts of interest.
- Protect lawful scientific dissent from being choked off in collusion with tech companies.
American Integrity Charter Principle #8:
Public health exists to inform and protect, not to dictate and punish. Emergencies end. Freedom doesn’t.
Did Fauci lie about covid? Critics continue to accuse him of using precise definitions (political doublespeak) to be deliberately misleading to Congress and the public.
Mission 9: Gut the Indoctrinated Media Cartel (Case File #3)
You can’t have self-government if everything you see is pre-filtered propaganda.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Trace ownership, funding, and political donations behind the biggest “news” brands.
- Expose how narratives are coordinated between media, agencies, and party ops.
- Give consumers clear, simple media-bias labeling—not to censor, but to warn.

Journalism is supposed to challenge power, not audition to be its PR department.
Mission 10: Put Ideologues in the Hot Seat (Case File #2)
If you’re going to weaponize public office against your own people, you ought to explain yourself under oath—with cameras rolling.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Call in the attorneys general, DAs, cabinet secretaries, and high-profile legislators who treat opponents as enemies of the state.
- Walk case by case through their selective outrage vs selective silence.
- Publish the receipts on how their policies hurt real people—not just boost social-media clout.

If you use public office to wage ideological war on your own citizens, you should be more afraid of hearings than the citizens are of you.
Mission 11: Shield the Private Sector from Woke Command & Control
This is the missing link running through multiple case files: woke capital, ESG, and corporate HR departments acting like junior ministries of truth.
HUAC 2.0 objectives:
- Expose ESG and DEI scoring systems that punish companies for staying neutral.
- Drag into the light any government pressure on banks, payment processors, and platforms to de-bank or demonetize legal speech.
- Protect ordinary workers from being forced into ideological pledges just to keep a job.

Mission 12: Rebuild the Citizen Spine

The Verdict: What HUAC 2.0 Should Actually Be
The original HUAC became a cautionary tale: witch hunts, blacklists, guilt by association.
The name is radioactive on purpose.
HUAC 2.0 flips the script:
- No star-chamber for ordinary citizens.
- No inquisitions for unpopular beliefs.
- No criminalizing skepticism.
Instead:
- Put powerful institutions, agencies, and office-holders under the microscope.
- Demand transparency, limits, and accountability.
- Protect the space where free citizens argue, vote, build, and disagree without fear.
