The Incident (TL;DR)
This delusional NY AG keeps insisting Trump is weaponizing the justice system against her as payback for what she prosecuted him for, beating her chest with her BS line: “no one is above the law” “we will not give up” claiming it’s all just a conspiracy of getbackism. Now the shoe is on her ugly foot and she is crying foul, but she has been indicted for actual mortgage fraud. Can’t wait to see how this is all swept under the rug and how she plays the race card. Even if she is convicted she will only get a slap on the wrist.

UPDATE: Joe Everyman just watched Letitia James skate on a technicality as the case against her gets dismissed on procedural grounds. Not because a jury cleared her. Not because the evidence was disproven. Just another “paperwork” escape hatch for a powerful political insider. The question remains: will she ever actually be held accountable for what she did to Trump, or does the ruling class always get a different kind of justice than the rest of us? The DOJ via Bondi claims they will not let this stand and will appeal this decision. Don’t hold your breath for any justice to be served in the end.

I hate to say I told you so but…The Department of Justice failed to bring an indictment against Letitia James on Thursday after a federal judge tossed the initial indictment last week, according to a DOJ source. This is just outrageous, did she or didn’t she falsify mortgage loan docs to get a better loan rate? That fraud should be easy to prove but once again we have a politician too big to fail, and we mean that literally, you fat, ugly African un-American. Just who is this idiot prosecutor that can’t make a case? Most grand jury’s will indict, if that’s what the prosecutor wants. WTF happened here?
