No Badge Is a Target: Calls to Murder ICE Aren’t “Activism”

TL;DR: Debate immigration all day. But advocating the murder of federal officers is criminal, not “speech.” We enforce one set of rules—no threats, no incitement—no matter who says it.

Say it, then show it. Quote verbatim and link the proof: example: Chatrodamus has run out of cheeks to turn!

If you’re advocating murder, you’ve left the First Amendment and entered the criminal code.

Law & Order Line

  • Incitement isn’t protected: Speech directed to and likely to produce imminent lawless action is illegal.
  • Threats & solicitation: Threatening officials and soliciting violence against them are crimes. Enforce it.
  • One standard for everyone: Ideology doesn’t buy you a hall pass. Same rules for left, right, and anyone in between.
  • Mindset: Officer safety check list: watch your six, lock & load, adapt and overcome.

Principle, Not Partisanship

You can hate a policy and still refuse to dehumanize cops and agents doing the job Congress wrote. If your “activism” includes calling for murder, you’re not a protester—you’re a threat.

Editor’s note: We judge ideas and actions, not identity. This condemnation targets calls to violence—whoever makes them.
